Return & Exchange Policy

At MS Kim Birdnest, we always want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the product within 24 hours of receiving it, according to the conditions listed below.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • The product must be returned/exchanged within 24 hours of receipt.
  • The product must be unopened and remain in its original intact packaging.
  • Please provide a video of receiving/unboxing the product.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when received (not damaged, unused).

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via Hotline/Website mskimbirdnest.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. You need to provide:

  • Order number.
  • Reason for return/exchange.
  • Unboxing video.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund request is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns/exchanges, except in cases where the product is defective or there was an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.

Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Products damaged after receipt due to customer’s fault.
  • Customers who cannot provide complete purchase information.

Special Note: Due to the nature of bird’s nest products, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons.
